René Harding has gone straight to the top of the Denver real estate market in the decades of years she has been buying and selling homes. Named “Rookie of the Year” in 2004 (which she attributes to her years of previous sales experience), René has continued to receive recognition, including being awarded the DMAR Excellence Award and the Five Star Award every year since 2004. As an alumnus of the Graduate Realtor® Institute, she’s proven time and again that she knows how to work the Denver market, particularly the historic areas of Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, Congress Park, Washington Park, and Observatory Park.
She loves negotiations and sales and has the drive it takes to navigate every deal that comes across her busy desk. She’s driven and tenacious in business while clients find her friendly, caring, and compassionate.
And as a co-owner of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek since 2013, René has been welcoming families home…and opening doors to new beginnings. She attributes her success to devoting time and energy to building strong customer relationships.
Cliff Armstrong joined René’s real estate business in 2018. Cliff moved to Denver in 2014 from Park City, Utah where he ran a successful property management business for many years. He also was a coach for the Tony Robbins Company. Cliff traveled the world as one of Tony’s worldwide coaches for the “Unleash the Power Within” seminars. As a scratch golfer, Cliff loves to play a round of golf.
Cliff loves working with Buyers and his calm demeanor makes clients feel confident and comfortable throughout the buying process. His knowledge of the Inspection process helps guide clients through what can be a complicated process. His strong drive and dedication ensure the best client experience and makes him a perfect fit as he and René grow their business.
